Thank you @Nordique, @CapriciousCapricorn, @anon79808082 and @littlemisschatterbox and everyone else Iāve missed that have helped me through with such kind words and love and support. Thank God we only have to do this one 24 period at a time. Just found out Iām being discharged but will have to be on oxygen at home for a week or so. All of the tests have come back negative and normal so the only thing is keeping my oxygen level up while I walk etc which is fine with me. This is the first hospital where I havenāt felt the urge to āget out of hereā lol. Theyāve been very kind and itās just time for me to go. Thank you again and I hope everyone is having a good day. @anon60334405 whatās going on bro??? I havenāt caught up on things but why do you want to leave here??? Message me if you want bro, youāve been a huge support to me and a lot of others and we need you too! Much love Mike

Hooray ā¦I made it 7 days ā¦feeling really happy about it and physically feeling loads betterā¦woke up bright and early this morning.

Day two hundred and twenty somethingā¦
Iāve started a new chapter of my life in recovery, Iāve become a peer mentor and today I got a phone call from someone in high management of the trust, I wasnāt expecting this phone call, through all of my day rehab and aftercare Iāve tried to be open and honest about being Nero diverse and it seems that the big managers are wanting me to work with them on addiction and Nero diversity an advocate a voice for those. When a person starts with do you know your name is being put forward to start a new departmentā¦ Iām coming up to 8 months, this company does not hire you until you have over 2 years of recovery and Iām being put on courses already!
FUCKā¦ Every new personās Iāve had to communicate with have had a message of we are behind you all the way 
ā¦
Did I ever think on day 0 of no substances Iād be at a point where my story is being told to other day rehabs, to other drug counsellors and they approach me on how can we make are programmes support Nero diversity

Hip hip hooray, Iāve found a place to live! The agent got back to me this morning saying the landlords wife said no to the cats, but he was going to try to have a word with her, so I asked the agent to call the landlord again to say Iād replace the carpets whenever I moved out, it took them all day to make a decision and Iāve been frozen with anxiety staring at my phone and prayingā¦they agreed! 
I am honestly so relieved and Iām even excited about moving now. Iām going to view it tomorrow morning. I posted my exchange contract docs today to my solicitor so thatās all in motion. Iām so looking forward to starting my next chapter

Really tired and heading off to bed soon.
Iām giving some major thought to moving to Italy (which is where my family is from), which would - obviously - mean moving away from Switzerland. One of my motivations is the fact that I would like to buy a small house.
In Italy, I should be about to find a nice place around Turin for about ā¬250,000ā¦ here in Switzerland, closer to a million !!!
But I might rent first, just so as to be local and look around for a nice place to buyā¦ that is, if things EVER bloody calm down enough in Italy to be able to travel there again !
