Sorry for your loss.
Blessings and sobriety!
Day 10 is big. Alcohol stays in your system for about 10 days. From now on, you are flying solo and making your own decisions. It was a real turning point for me.
Congrats on 9 months, keep on stacking them days ODAAT!

Old ways wonāt open new doors.
Day 30, feeling better emotionally today. Going to take it and run with it! Hope everyone has a great day today!
30 days is HUGE awesome. Way to go!!
Really happy for ya.
Checking in at the end of day 130.
Had a public holiday today in Singapore, which was nice. Got up late (well, 8:30), had a nice leisurely breakfast and then got into a bit of Latin study. Iāve really enjoyed spending the day with my daughter, trying to help her. I canāt help with the Latin, but I can try to keep her motivated and offer a different perspective.
I have really been reflecting this evening about just how different my life is sober. As I mentioned yesterday, with a day off today, I would have previously just got hammered yesterday and done nothing worthwhile, whilst feeling lousy, today. Who on earth would choose that other than an addict?
I havenāt left the house today, but it is a day that will live long in my memory. I have absolutely loved it - and it would never have happened had I been drinking.
Life is so much better now.
Have a great sober day, wherever you are.
Goodnight.
So sorry for your loss, Franzi. Big hugs and deep breaths.
And to all the amazing peopleās milestones Iāve been missing, big congrats all around! You all inspire me. I know that when I come here I can find something uplifting to celebrate and feel heart warmed by.
WOW. . .spent a good amount of time catching up on here and again it shows me how great this community is. Might be a lil late on some. . .

@Lisa07 WHOOP WHOOP. . .600 days is amazing. @Its_me_Stella 500 days is amazing. You are both strong beautiful women that continue to inspire me and Iām thankful for having you both in my corner. Words canāt properly convey how much you mean to me.
@Rockstar24777 Congratulations on 11 months. You are my Rockstar bro. Your ability to overcome the obstacles and fight through the pain has often given me added strength. We have said on several occasions how similar our paths are and I admire your courage and honesty during our struggles. Just remember if we say fuck it, it will fuck up everything we have fought so hard for. Letās keep fighting the good fight because we are worth it.
@Piglet Where are you at so I can officially congratulate you too. Maybe itās because I havenāt been complaining as much but I miss ya and want to celebrate with ya.
@Licorice congratulations on 30 days.
331 days. Not too sure if itās the big milestone coming up for me but reflection has been a constant the past couple days. Giving myself credit for how far Iāve come and putting myself first doesnāt come easy but Iāve been doing it. The whole roommate situation has made me realize that I am worth fighting for and that standing up for myself and erecting boundaries isnāt disrespectful but is self love. Oddly Iāve also come to see that losing others so I donāt lose myself is not a bad thing. A year ago my feet felt unsteady on what was already shaky ground and now I feel confidence in my steps.
Thank you
Thank you

276 days no alcohol.

Had a little bit of stress today but done what I can to resolve it. Feeling down on myself because Iāve binged twice today. I guess not every step is a step forwards and thatās okay. Havenāt meditated today yet so will do so after this check-in, it usually helps a lot.
Really proud of everyone showing up here fighting this disease, and thankful to be amongst the crowd
