Sunday caught up with me and I had no energy yesterday. My feet were hurting from the walk so I listened to them and rested. It feels like another wave of depression is on my back.
Will check in properly for today later on.

Fantastic job on all of the milestones I’m seeing this morning heck yeah!!! Day 613 clean and sober today. Going with a sober buddy to try indoor rock climbing today. He’s really good and does real rock climbing a lot so I’m happy to be able to learn something new. I hope everyone has a wonderful day today, love you guys!!!
