*Day 1230
Pain in my galblatter but counting down for the operation. Today schedule: chilling, walking, chilling, cooking, chilling.
Nothing much, but that’s ok.
Maybe I have to convince myself to take a painkiller, but I’m not fan of those
Thank you for your support @DeadMist and @Miranda I am sorry you have been through ED, and thanks so much for sharing and helping me through it. I think I am exhausted after Covid, and it has triggered my chronic fatigue (ME) and FND symptoms. I am feeling a bit chaotic and obviously trying to control the issue. I will try and practice self care today and feed my body good foods. Even if I have to go to the shops and buy exactly what I fancy. Covid has put me off a lot of my traditional favourites, but have massive fruit cravings.
Checking in Day 23. Struggling a bit. Thank you to everyone for being here, and the support. It really helps.
Did it, technically yesterday since midnight now (04/30) but my starting time is late at night bc reasons lol
Anyways gosh I actually made it here and just 30 days between quitting already feels like a different life.
I appreciate this place so much.
Tomorrow’s another day, my mind was a little low feeling today, but I’m still here and about to head to bed and try again for a better tmw
Thanks all, have a good night!
The morning of day 120. Yesterday I came to Liverpool for a two night stag do and is by far my biggest test so far. But everyone is so understanding and supportive (little bit of light banter which is funny) so here’s to day 2 on the stag in the pubs all day having a laugh and watching football sober we can do this guys!
Thank you jenny! the stag is a rangers fan so starting the day with rangers v Celtic and then all the premier league games, some big games at both end of the table, big game for your boys!
Rainy day so did a little housework, took a walk with my daughter to the local mini shopping centre, wrestled with her expectation that she get something bought for her EVERY time we go. I found my husband frustrating yesterday, but today he pulled his weight house/kids wise. The cat woke me at 2 and 5 in the morning by batting at me to be fed so am a bit tired. AA meeting later.
I haven’t told you this as I didn’t want to lose a friend so quickly lol but…… my family are arsenal and I was raised a gunner, follow Coventry because that’s where I live but arsenal is in my blood…
that’s made me laugh lol! Yeah I have friends who support clubs all around the country, when we meet up to follow England together we just have a laugh about each other’s clubs and mainly about our own lol!
I’ve been putting my favourite glass into the freezer so that my AF drinks are perfection! I had the Guinness 0% yesterday, I really like the Peroni Zero and I also like mango kombucha with lemon or lime juice squeezed into it.
The Sun is out, the sky is blue, and summer is coming. The time coming will be hard, to not give in to the urges, temptations. I can allready feel the struggels inside, to not drink.
