I don’t know why but this number is resonating for me. Maybe because today is my oldest grandchild’s birthday. I was five months clean when he was born. None of my eight grandchildren have ever seen me messed up. Today I have set myself some goals to prep for our yard sale Saturday. Hopefully the heat won’t make it impossible for me. Procrastination is still an issue for me. shrugs We never get cured, we just strive for progress. Today I plan to strive a little harder lol. I hope everyone has a blessed sober day.

Day 163 sober and 944 days substance free! Yay! Today I feel blessed as things in life are starting to change on the positive side for a change! We will be moving just unsure of when yet, but when we do we are starting all fresh, getting rid of all the memories of the bad and the ugly and going to transform this life with my kiddos for a better, more amazing one. We are excited and its been a real joy…lots more years of fullfillment to come! Stay strong and true to yourself! Good things come to those who are patient! We are all here together as family and honestly even if i dont post most of the time, i read a lot of the journeys everyone has and its a great feeling to know that no one is alone. Thank you all!
