Hi Kat here checking in at day 77 think I forgot to check in yesterday.
Have been working mornings and work is going well. Been hitting the gym after just to do some treadmill, have been increasing the amount of time running by 5 min at a time and yesterday hit 20 min or 2 miles and a bit! My goal is 5K which is about 3 miles so getting there fast. Will go again today.
Did hit a Zoom meeting last night but was dissapointed in myself for surfing on my phone the whole time, I should have been focusing and contemplating the experience, strength and hope shared. Not good. Going to change. Another Zoom meeting tonight.

Iām crying now too.
And sunflowers are my favorite. My parents and my daughter planted three (my favorite number) outside my window so I can see them when I walk out of my bedroom. They are just starting to come to lifeā¦ the tallest one is a little behind. Yours are fantastic.

Congrats on your year without booze. You have been through a lot this year and watching you over come your struggles and get through your pain sober has taught me a lot. Thanks for being vulnerable and sharing the most painful parts of your year with us. I am sure you did it to help yourself which is exactly what your supposed to do, but in doing that you have helped so many of us.

It was pretty rad! I highly encourage it!! Iāve done this hike 5.5 times now, usually in 3 to 4 days, my Dad came with so we made it in 6 days, because heās aging.
I made a short video (under 3 minutes)

Checking in on day 21
Iāve had a very productive day at work, I finally got some stuff off my desk that had been laying there for weeks! Iām the queen of procrastination sometimesā¦ 
So that made me feel good! But now Iām home, Iām just tired, looking forward to my 2 days off! No workout challenge todayā¦
Had a nice conversation with my mum, no tension around, so that was nice!
