Yeah so had neural disconnisia im 33 so when spring back to life, which will be soon im like what too do im going have really bright eyes basically and im takeing calms… So im smoke cbd however i would like to quit tobacco, i guess its perscribed too me, and im feeling like im going too really want some weed to calm me down however i dont want weed or tobacco and i dont think it suits my recover with my mental health. Ive been asleep for about 2 years and just wakeing up? Any ideas anyone on how to calm down? I work out everyday, so that helps however my energy levels are going to go up really high, i dont know yet what to do about it.
