why did i drink?
- i think i went back out because i had of lack of things to do. the habbit always creeps back in my mind. i had a miserable time.
what will i do to keep it from happening again?
- what im going to try is keeping a jurnal. i think if i can write my personal thoughts on paper every evening it can help me realise quite a bit of things. i will also participate in as many sober activities as i can.
i hope i can kick this old habbit this time.
my new sobriety date is 3-11-2020 at 12am
