Yes, not everyone will want to vote and that’s their choice. These votes give Steve and myself a great indicator of who is liked by the community, but it’s not the only thing we’ll base our decision on. Being a moderator is more than just a popularity contest 
I would hope one of the factors is having an awesome beard.
