There are loose dogs running around here all the time. Came across a bunch of sad puppies awhile ago and a really scared skinny puppy last week. It is despicable and just heartbreaking. Then I think of these people’s children and well…this world.

Seriously. It’s a tough situation, since I realize that I’m very privileged just simply living in a first world country. I’d like to take my kids to a 3rd world country just so they can understand how privileged they actually are. Give them a dose of humility. Yeah, world hunger and poverty can just FRO.

My brother in law has been waiting a year to travel from the States to England to see his best friend get married. I called yesterday to wish him a safe trip and he told me he couldn’t go because he’s laying in bed sick with COVID. After 2 Vax and 2 boosters, it still ruined his trip.
