Having to do a mandatory teams call with head office on my day off and the info was shared in 30 min and then you get stuck on there for another 30 while other random managers ask the same damn questions over and over ( some completely off topic) . All of which were answered already in the damn call (except the off topic ones)

Having itchy skin after every single shower in summer can FRO!! 
I’m showering like 3 times a day because of gym and the general heat, and it’s a mental drain and physical torture!

I’ll rec cool tepid water when you shower not hot or the itch scratch cycle keeps going.

I already use very cool/tepid water and take very quick showers. I use Emollient wash or SLS free sensitive and perfume free wash. Aveeno oat mist afterwards on my damp skin! I’m just blessed with this tricky skin since I was young.

My local supermarket is Shaw’s. When I order cold cuts they print the price sticker and they place it over the folded flap of the plastic bag where you would open the bag. The glue on that sticker is developed by a 3M/N.A.S.A. Think Tank and when you try to retrieve a slice of desired meat or cheese, the bag is torn to shreds and no longer resealable. F OFF !!
