Acid reflux attacks in the middle of the night. Sucking that stomach acid down your windpipe and it burns like fire….the coughing fit that takes forever to subside.

Decided to buy myself a nice shiny plush back rest for my weight bench,it came today,apparently they upgraded the bench since I bought it and the only thing they upgraded was the back rest and the original is no longer available!!

These lazy-ass neighbors at our apartment complex who can’t be bothered to OPEN the dumpster lid and throw their trash inside it. People can be such pigs!

The absolute worst. One building I lived in people would toss their trash from balconies above down to the dumpster and it was an 11 storey building . It was crazy to be sitting outside and bag of trash would go zipping by and what a mess when it missed the dumpster 
. I learned very quick while living there to not lean over my balcony looking around to avoid getting taken out by trash. It’s mind blowing how disgusting some humans are .

That’s insane. I am going to start being grateful that at least mine put the garbage in a bag. Yup …so lazy…even when the top is open they will set it out front.

Over-exhaustion…..both mental and physical. I worked 7 days straight in a row and finally got a day off, but too tired to even go anywhere, see anybody or do anything today. All I want to do is shut down, but all these little guilty inner voices remind me of the checklist of things I SHOULD be doing today instead. I hate this.

My full glass office building can FRO! Another bird lost it’s life today. This monthly occurrence is now weekly, sometimes daily. Those poor lil guys and gals don’t stand a chance flying full force into the glass.
