Today I’m frustrated with monthly service charges for apps. (not talking sober) Im happy to pay for a good cause.)
I remember the good old days where I bought the software I needed and if It sat on the self for a year. I didnt have to pay for it while it sat on the shelf. I didnt have to upgrade it if it already did what I needed it too. Things like photoshop. You hear me ABOBE? You and all the other greedy software companies can FRO!
I think I broke one of my toes! I say think because I’m really weird with injuries and my pain threshold is high and have broke many bones plus im so distracted by the stuff in my head all the time that I’m always in my own world which is half the reason the injury happened. I know they can’t really do anything for it and obviously I don’t need or want meds. I made it through work but I think Adrenalin got me through most of the day but now im limping. I got laundry done and now gonna stop being stubborn and rest. Gonna ice and prop it and see what it looks like tomorrow morning and go from there.. I just want to be able to work. I accept basketball and a lot of things are out of the question right now. FRO! I would post a pic but you dont want to see. It’s swollen and almost double the size of the other toes. I wonder if its gonna be bad tomorrow because of going a long time without moving like tonight then when I get up it will be reality of its actually injured but I gotta stay in today and not freak out
Im gonna stay off it the rest of today or really try. It was how I woke up this morning basically happening like 5 minutes after waking up .. I really need to slow down sometimes and I think that’s what god or the universe is trying to tell me. Its crazy because it was more painful then breaking my arm or wrist. A lot of bad words came out of my mouth
Thanks Tisha.. This sucks but nothing I can do. I’m gonna try to stay off it the rest of today and hopefully I can be good enough to go to work or be able to hide that it hurts. Can’t be limping at work
Pollen can FRO! Been wondering why I feel so tired and been having really bad headaches.. it’s all over my porch and car and I was thinking what is that yellow stuff. I guess cause we haven’t got much rain that has made it worse. That on top of my messed up toe!!
I’m just glad I made it through today’s obligations and just gonna try to stay positive even though Thats hard right now. I feel like shit. Like a head cold plus tired. I need to remember to take this allergy spray I have. I never remember actually seeing it though like everywhere on the ground so I wonder why its so bad..
I’ve heard that said in the work place maybe 5 or 6 times and when people say it I do a fake laugh but in my head im thinking that exact thing you posted. Plus that tells me you don’t want to do anything extra or really contribute
One of my goals is to eventually not do the fake laugh and just say what I’m thinking to people that say stuff like that
It might not be either of those things. Perhaps that’s their way of establishing professional boundaries.
I was a “yes” man at my last job. I eventually had all the responsibilities of a manager without the authority or pay. I asked for one or the other, and it was denied. I burned out and left.
I wish I’d have said “that’s above my pay grade” more. Because many times, it really was!
I went to a thrift today and one of the workers was saying to another, “I am really old. I mean, I am turning 48. I feel horrible knowing I am that old.”
