Very well written and I can tell you put a lot of thought behind this. That in itself tells me you will beat this. Maybe not today or tomorrow or even next week or month. But the more you fight, the more you keep going, the less and less your addiction will have control. Thank you for sharing your struggles with me, with us. I am rooting for you friend. Pornography addiction isnt easy and one that most people are really scares to bring to the surface. I am proud of you and inspired by your courage. Stay safe and stay fighting.

Telling a porn addict to not watch porn but have real sex instead is not particularly helpful advice. I also note from another thread that you are posting whilst under the influence, which is not permitted here except in the opt in “seeking help” category. As an addendum, @785, I don’t know about the OP specifically, but many people who struggle with pornography also struggle with sexual behaviours in general, and suggesting sex as the solution can be detrimental.
And in general, please keep your posts constructive and on topic.

Alright, thank you for the advice. “Do not watch porn”. This is my ultimate goal but does this really seem that easy when just said like that? I think people are condemning you in this regard and I would probably never suggest any addict such a thing. In any case, I hope you got my point on this.
