Coping with withdrawal

Hello everyone, I’m new here today. I was a heavy drinker and it was taking its toll on my body. I am experiencing so many withdrawal symptoms. First day nausea and vomiting, started getting jaundiced, tachycardia and insomnia for two nights now. Today is a pressure headache and the shakes. Anyone experience this and how did you cope?

For symptoms lol that you should seek medical attention

I agree with @Englishd… I’d be definitely inclined to see a doctor, especially in light of the jaundice. That warrants a trip to seek medical attention.
Glad you’ve joined us! It’s a great place… congrats on quitting! Hope you’re feeling better soon

Seek medical attention!!

I did not seek medical attention for my withdrawal, and I almost paid for it with my life. You seem to be experiencing some pretty bad symptoms. Go to the Emergency Room ASAP.
