Sitting here at work craving a drink badly. I’ve been depressed for weeks and everything is just overwhelming me to the point that I just feel terrified. Can’t stop thinking about having a drink to try and relax.

It won’t solve shit, reminding myself of this helps. I’ll make myself unhappy with me if I do drink, I will somehow have to stop again… can’t promise you I can again.
