Baby is going to love these . Really great work
Thank you @JazzyS. WIP finished. Project bag that just needed handles.
Don’t mind the freehand flower/fried egg motif!
Absolutely lovely set you made. I like the colours, it looks like a mini adult jumper I would wear.
It’s so playful…I love it …love it all!!
Found another WIP! Its a hat and scarf made from the most divine Alpaca, mohair, acrylic blend that I found in a charity shop. Patons Art - in Dragonfly. It is so soft, chunky and has all these beautiful almost metalic colours running through it. A full sealed packet for £5. Bargain. It knits up very quickly so I should finish the scarf tonight and put a fluffy bobble on the hat. Besides, who doesnt want a hat and scarf that you practically have to dryclean to wash it…
Here is my take on a fried egg motive. @Lastry if we would have a competition, I would definitely be the winner… your fried egg looks too much like a flower
What a great fried egg! I bow to the master!
I love this color blend, just lovely!
I laughed so much at this! I love it.
I brought all my knitting during a week long visit to see my family, didn’t accomplish much but I did get to have my niece around to test the little mitt out while I was making it! Thank goodness for that, because I wasn’t close on sizing. I wish I had gotten a pic of her wearing it. Time to finish this one and the pair, while I’m sending another skein to my Mami to make a matching scarf. Looking forward to moving on to the next project.
That colourway is so pretty. “Colourway” what a stupid word.
Your wool is pretty
Funny! I think it’s a fine word. It’s interesting that I messed up the ombré effect of this yarn by using scraps. We shall see what the second mitt looks like, then I have another pair to make for a friend’s child. I kind of like the blocky look versus the ombré but we’ll see.
I should say I was actually close on the size other than the length from the thumb hole to the end. This girl really does have long fingers! Just like me. I’m impressed I got so close.
Really do love the colors and you did a great job. I’m sure she will love em
I am working on my Christmas decorations. I followed the pattern, but it looks like Casper had a lovechild with Batman and someone put a halo on top for good measure.
I love it! I have done some ornaments in the past and was thinking of doing some this year.
It looks like a Christmas oven mitt. You could make 2 out of something heat resistant and hey presto!
LOL – so hard to resist that yarn! Looking great already - excited to see the finished blanket
