I must say c2c (corner to corner) projects are my favorite because they don’t require much thinking 
It’ll be putting it away for a bit because I forgot to bring a measuring tape with me and I don’t do "roughly"s. Boy, do I hate "roughly"s. I also rather frog than smuggle the mistake away by adding/taking away an extra stitch. Perfectionism? Me? I don’t know what you’re talking about 
This made me laugh. I am just learning and am not a perfectionist with my knitting yet but can totally relate to that mindset. Hopefully you’ll get that measuring tape soon so you can proceed.
I didn’t make it but it was a gift for me from my best friend to show me he’ll keep rooting for me. It’s either his first or one of his first plushies and I am SO proud of him!!

Finally finished my blanket. It is nice and warm and like a weighted hug.
2 skiens were a bit fizzier and gave a different look but I went with it

Blankets are my way of saying “I am making time and this time is for me and me alone.” Some of my exes figured out the clue without me telling them, which I think is pretty neat. I think imma make it a rule for myself and my loved ones. “If I have yarn and a hook in my hand, do not disturb” xD
I haven’t made alot of time for hobbies or relaxation recently, so this is a nice change. I love making them as they’re quick and easy.
