thanks for posting this, my addiction seems to conveniently forget the horrific damage that drinking alcohol does to my body particularly past the short term side effects

I have terrible psoriasis. Sobriety helps. Between that and tanning (yes, I know, but phototherapy is one of the treatments), it’s almost completely cleared up over the last week.

Wowzers! This was such an eye opener for me. I’ve suffered on and off with scalp psoriasis but somehow it hadn’t occurred to me that it could be my drinking. Doh!
Have saved this to review again.
