January 21 workout complete ![]()
Today i felt a little off but still managed to push thru a workout. And the workout i did was half decent actually
. Honestly it was a bit of everything today lol Weight lifting mainly. Just focusing on that mind-muscle connection.
Had a session with my PT this evening. She is going to make some changes to my program as Iâve had some significant headaches my past 2 training sessions. I think the squatting motion is not good considering my brain aneurysm

Bit freezy and feeling like getting a cold but not truly. So, no activity.
Sauna with a bottle of ginger tea with lemon

Met a russian lady in the 65 degree at the end, chatted a bit and she gave me something of her very special peelingâŠ

Weighted crunches with 15lb
1 1/2 hour pool aerobics. I wasnât planning to go as tired and lazy. Hubby text âGo anywayâ and I did and happy for it.

Leg day today along with a 10min warm up beforehand.
Today i surpassed my 5lb weight loss for the month. Feeling super excited to see that. Im currently at 249.8lb Going to continue on!
