I am not familiar with the caffeine pills or their side effects. Have you tried them before? Turkish coffee can be an acquired taste. Can you try other types of coffee to help?

How todays is shaping up:

Unsure how many sets. Minimum of 3, but I’ll gauge when I get moving as to my energy levels. I’m hoping for 4 sets. Pair every two exercises together in mini supersets.

Back!

Only had yoga on Monday this week.
Then I catched this freezing illness that realy sucked. I am so fucked up when I can’t be active. But I paused. That’s somehow the bigger challenge to me.

Choose a swim tonight!

Simply brilliant one. Had 300 more that were not stated.

Took some rounds of butterfly. Then a older woman stopped me (by harshly taking my arm) and jelled at me “you don’t need to do butterfly here”. (to clarify I was on a double lane that is signed for fast swimmers lol
 And I took the rule to overtake on the left. For sure I did). I said exactly that and she answered “but you are making big waves” :rofl::rofl::rofl::rofl::rofl:

My answer was: You should simply calm down!

Totally unacceptable behavior. If not here then where are you supposed to practice your strokes?
Glad you were able to swim. Hope it did help and this member did not ruin your experience

January 27 Workout Complete :white_check_mark:
Back and biceps today with 15min incline walk. Struggled a little with energy so workout wasnt as intense as it couldve been. But its something!

Feel very sore after taking a week off sick from working out. But good sore :v:t2:

@Sincapcenk sorry for not being here as much - been watching your amazing daily routine! Keep at it friend. Hows the change up to 10k steps daily treating you? You noticing any difference?

Didnt want to exercise today but with a little motivation from hubby, i went. I needed it too. Made me realize how much i missed it

Hi guys,

Feeling a bit better slowly.
Feel like since Christmas I was not so much on track. Closing times, crowded gym, freezing illness lol, blah! Did something anyway, but I want to get more routined again.

So unroutined weekend starts with mums birthday celebrations.

31.01.

Started bodybalance course, but had to leave as there was someone doing substitution and it was so boring and not even the program.

So workout was:
15 minutes rowing fullspeed
2 circles of egym full-body strength training
10 min treadmill with 12% and 3kmh speed

We have only one tutor who does it properly and she’s excellent and very safe. The others are horrendous and cover is not worth it. I got an intercostal rib sprain injury from stretching in a bad body balance class and was off gym for six weeks in agony and on strong painkillers. You did the right thing to walk out!

Go easy on yourself. Be kind.
