Long time no see eh? I didn’t post here because all I did was walking every other day. I wasn’t able to do more, except today:
my beginner kettlebell workout:
15 swings
12 rows each side
10 squats
5 clean and press each side
4 rounds (usually 5 but I don’t want to die tomorrow)

I also wanted to know how long I can hold a plank: 33 seconds

I’m down to 7,5 mg Escitaloprame. When my dosage is higher I just can’t get my butt up to workout. I just can’t! It’s like I don’t care.

Hardly resting

I am so happy right now.
Don’t know, it’s the training…

I headed to the gym at 4 pm already and it realy was not that crowded! Pushed through little warmup, 2 cycles of full-body strength training at egym, 20 minutes rowing with hiit sets.

2 rounds of sauna.
Very cold showers.
Body oil used outside after last round.

People were kind.
I made a gym mirror selfie and am just super happy :muscle:t2::heart:

Great to see you posting friend – even a walk is movement and you should be proud of those days as well.

Glad you were able to get up and move with less of a dosage today :hugs:

186 zone minutes.

I’ve upped my weights again for chest push/pull moves, dead lifts and clean and press. Feeling pretty strong these days :muscle:t2:

Cheeky spin class before it and the tunes were banging.

Today is a rest day. And seems like tomorrow as well the way my muscles feel :smiling_face_with_tear:

I go to the gym monday-friday… around 30 minutes weight training and 30 on the elliptical… that’s enough for me

Much love in this thread!

I am looking to be more consistent in physical activities since i find myself dealing with a lot of depressive and intrusive thoughts these days. Activities always helped.

Although, i struggle to stick to a plan. This is my second day off today because i just feel exhausted , even if i wanted to do some causal indoor bike training. I do manage to get 2 x 1h cross training classes per week, sometime 1x30 min swim and sometime 1x30 min bike, and sometime some running.

I’d like to get some exercise everyday, but it’s hard to manage recovery and not going into excess, while still being consistent.

How do you guys keep at it?

Thats great work Ella …I’m sure your body loves you for it :muscle:t4::muscle:t4:

Not every day is easy. You really need to listen to your body and do what you can do (sometimes rest is what is needed and there is no shame in that).

We do have a few challenges going in with just a few movements each day that helps feel like you got moving and sometimes can lead to a deeper workout. Link below if you are interested in checking it out.

Find somethings you love doing and layout a plan to follow. A set routine helps me stay focused and in track. Seems like you do manage a lot already per week. Join us here and share your daily movements :hugs:
