We do need food to fuel our bodies. I also think we need to stay consistent with our eating times. If we are fasting one day and eating at off times the next and then ā€œnormalā€ then when. We do try to fast our bodies will go in survival mode and store food thinking we are going to starve.

Having a crazy schedule makes it hard but ore planning helps and keeping healthy snacks on hand is also good as it doesn’t mean you have to eat a full meal at the time you would eat but something to give your body a signal that it’s time to eat.

Just my thoughts… You are doing awesome work with your health goals. I’m still tweaking my routine to find the perfect balance with food / timing and a exercises.

Hi Fitness Pals..

I purchased a dance workout app and obligated myself to a 28 day challenge. 1st day today and I bypassed my daily goal. Part of the workout is getting my lovely Doberman to relax and understand it is not play time for her.. As with the floor exercises it was impossible to maintain fluidity with Yunna involved. At least standing and dancing I can work with her…

Hoping to stay motivated and meet this challenge head on.

6 km walk in hill terrain
and - even if it feels silly to write this - 3 minute workout including planking, russian twists and pushups against the wall.

I still catch myself sometimes thinking well this habit ain’t gonna last, why bother. Funny thing is it hits while I’m alredy walking or doing other activities. Earlier I convinced myself not to bother before even starting.
I’m gonna show it is possible. :smiling_face_with_horns:

June 2nd workout complete
Decided to make Mondays leg days. Mondays is when i have the most energy so figured it would be beneficial to do the hardest workouts then. Legs always exhaust me lol
Im now just doing a slow ride on the recumbent bike and will do a stretch and a weigh in.

10 km walk today :footprints:
Walking helps me to calm my busy mind. At 5 km point it was fantastic to listen sounds of nature. But the last kilometres my joints hurt and now after walk my feet are killing me. :smile:
Feels good to lay down. I might take a nap.

Walking in nature is so wonderful and calming. Glad you were able to enjoy.

I find a hot foot soak with massage and elevating the legs helps ease the pain. :hugs:
