Daily fitness check in 💪 (Part 1)

10 km walk today :footprints:
Walking helps me to calm my busy mind. At 5 km point it was fantastic to listen sounds of nature. But the last kilometres my joints hurt and now after walk my feet are killing me. :smile:
Feels good to lay down. I might take a nap.

Walking in nature is so wonderful and calming. Glad you were able to enjoy.

I find a hot foot soak with massage and elevating the legs helps ease the pain. :hugs:

Worked out hard Monday been a minute
So rested yesterday moving wasn’t easy ha!
But the best thing about pain when it goes away you become a machine. :mechanical_arm:

After the past few days I felt good to move.
The pool is the one place I don’t feel as much pain so I’m grateful that the outdoor pool is now open.

7 days of my dancefit challenge completed. Just noting here.. The routines are 7 to 10 minutes a day. Yesterday I did an intermediate one for 12 minutes as just have been doing Newbies. Wow I am sore today.. There will be no rest days for the 28 day challenge… I am committed to accomplish this goal. See you tomorrow..

I started a 20 week half marathon training plan today for a race in late October (arguably the best time to run in Southern Ontario). Felt Great to get back into exercising - went rollerblading for 30-35 mins as it was a cross training day according to the plan. All I need to do is follow the weekly plan now, week by week - I know I can do it!
