A place to set daily goals, a huge tool in recovery and in life. As daily goals are made, they change and evolve as we change, they keep us focused and driven. They help us manage time, do the things that improve our lives more, and the ones that limit our lives less. Today my goals are, to pick up and begin reading the AA big book, to cook my dad dinner, to do a full work day, to quiet my mind if it becomes busy, to pray, to journal, to do a gratitude list, to eat well, and to sleep well, waking up early enough where I can begin my day constructively rather than in a mad rush.
Tonight im sitting with my two sons watch the European championship games bit of bonding with the bears .
My goal is to get my head on the pillow without allowing that demon of a voice to try and persuade its OK to use, not today demon
