Iām grateful to be sober, to not miss out on any of our time together when we are together. Iām grateful I donāt leave her place now and go directly to the wine market. Good evening all, grateful the workday is done and Iām home. Grateful for chocolate cake to have after dinner. Grateful for my husband- heās been a little down lately while facing some perplexing foot problems but he seems to be on an upswing for now.
Everyone have a wonderful evening
Morning,
Iām grateful for a really good nightās sleep each night. Iād say that my sleep has improved 100% when I donāt drink. Its crazy when I think that I willing and happily drank most nights knowing that I would wake up anytime from 2 or 3 am and not be able to get back to sleep. And the broken sleep would affect my day massively, day after day. Sleep is by far the biggest plus point to not drinking for me.
Have a great day everyone
