Man I gotta say the longer I stay sober the more and more I enjoy my mornings. Waking up and having my coffee and starting the day with the news and sports center. I have 83 days sober today and I’m starting to think it’s time to start a workout plan. In the morning nothing big just start somewhere and keep moving up, just like my recovery take it one day at a time. Stay sober my friends at all cost!!!

I’m grateful that I’m not my old self. Freaking out that we just overslept by a couple hours and aren’t getting our pre-dawn departure. Who cares!! We will get there when we do and rested to boot. Im grateful we have the music blasting while we wrap up our morning and that Eric is taking Lupe for a walk before we go. She is going to love this car ride and the attention she will get from her grands and the baby so much! I’m grateful I gave her a bath a couple days ago and really scrubbed, she is squeaky clean and there is less dander to flare up my Papi’s allergies. I’m grateful to be sharing all of this with you, mis amigos, and hope to share more during this trip. I can’t wait to be there. Sending love :heartpulse:

Good Morning!

I am grateful to be sober! A full week. Yay!
I am grateful to have an early morning meeting after a crappy night’s sleep. Meetings from bed don’t suck.
I am grateful I will make my bed. I am still in it, so that’ll have to wait until my coffee cup is empty and this post is finished.
I am grateful for impermanence. That the issues I currently have are temporary and not life-altering. I am breathing. I am alive. The rest will work itself out.
I am grateful to be practicing joy in the journey. Living in abundance not in scarcity.
I am grateful for compassion and learning to give myself and others more of it.

I am grateful for you.

We installed our crab block. The block pulls the rope to the heavy crab trap so we don’t have to.

When we tested it, it blew out a hydraulic hose deep inside the boat. It made a huge mess and it wasn’t very fun cleaning it up.

I’m grateful it happened now. It could have happened on our last cod trip, or at the start of crab season costing valuable time and money.

The boat is ready. Tomorrow we will get our gear down to the dock, then we are taking three days off.
I’m grateful for the break. It will be the last one for a while.

I’m grateful for my health.

I’m grateful I won’t be starting the season recovering from drinking for Thanksgiving.

I’m grateful to be focused and I feel confident that I will survive my third sober crab season!

I’m confidant that I can do it sober because I’ve done it two times already.

I’m grateful it’s starting early because that also means it will finish early.

I’m grateful to come on and see Roland has 8 weeks of sobriety, congratulations @ShadowFax
I’m glad you shared that on here.
I’m grateful that’s the first thing I read today on TS. Always a great start to my day.
I’m grateful for my coffee this morning as I slept in by accident, and had weird freaking disturbing dreams between 5:30 - 7:30 am and I hope to get up next time I wake up at 5:30 to pee.
I’m grateful Daisy beat me to my chair this morning, I had to pick the little chonk up and she stayed and purred on me for awhile. I’m grateful to have seen her bashing her head into my devotional Courage To Change Book looking up at me like hey! “your not done petting me yet.” :kissing_cat:
I’m grateful to work another book reading into my daily morning routine. :pray:t2:
I’m grateful I’m not cooking for Thanksgiving or shopping for anything this week as I got all I need.
I’m grateful my soup turned out great yesterday. Much better that the Bills game
I’m grateful to be thinking Brian is at his new job and praying he is killing it.
I’m grateful for music and different songs that I haven’t heard in a long time and I’m continuing to change up my music and not listen to the same old songs over and over again.
I’m grateful for the lovely, happy, and even sad memories, I get when I hear a particular song. I’m grateful my Dad loved a Kenny Chesney song that I love now and I had forgotten about it till it came on las night.
I’m grateful I still got some great memories. I won’t take them for granted as I know better with my family history.
I’m grateful for all my pics from my life that I’ve saved and scanned or took pics of and there’s so many of them of my life from all over and they are on all my devices.
I’m grateful for my parents, grandparents, sisters, wife, kids, and my pets, and just a couple of close friends, and my friends here.
:pray:t2::heart:
I’m grateful the most important thing I do today is not take that first drink. When I do that. I fucking win. Just for today.

I’m grateful to God for guiding me through a productive day while remaining clean and sober. I’m grateful for my recovery. I’m grateful for all my family, friends,TS and the gratidudes. I’m grateful that when I was getting sore from a much quicker paced kitchen than the one I have spent the last year volunteering in I was able to take a moment collect myself, smile and breathe and be grateful to even be working. I’m grateful that right on my break I got a call from housing, how’s that for higher power timing, to tell me that I have been fully approved for one of the apartments that should be ready in April. I’m grateful for the well wishes and good lucks from @RosaCanDo @Sunflower1 and @Dazercat I’m grateful that I am tired since this new schedule is wayyyyy earlier than my ususal one, like 5 hours earlier. I’m grateful that one of my good friends that I hadn’t talked to in months and I had a quick phone call tonight and he got one of the apartments too, I thought he might have applied for one, he was very excited to hear we will be neighbors as I have kept it quiet that I was thinking of moving back there. I’m grateful that my sister is also excited to hear I plan to move back to our hometown where she still lives. I’m grateful that the walk to and from work takes half an hour it’s a nice amount of me time before and after my shift. I’m grateful for prayer and meditation.
God bless you all. :v: &

p.s. You are incredible. Ya you!!

The love of a good family. I have been so depressed, but my husband has embraced me. Having fun at work, after building difficult relationships. Life is hard, but seeing the good is better.

I’m grateful we made it safely to my parents’ house and are ready for bed after a looooong but uneventful day in the car. Im grateful that our nav system alerted us to a serious accident that closed the highway down in time for us to take a reasonable detour. I’m grateful my parents seem to be doing great and that we had the evening to chat. Tomorrow we go see my brother, SIL and niece! So grateful for my family. Good night, amigos! :heartpulse:
