I am thankful for a promotion opportunity that has presented itself at work (Interview Thursday!!)
I am thankful for my vacation starting at the end of this week! Very excited to get out with the family in the mountains!
I am grateful for my AA family for they have welcomed me back with open arms and lots of love! Never seen a group of people so excited to see me!

Today I’m greatful to be clean and soba and alive
2 I’m greatful to spend time with my sponsor yesterday and do some step work.
3 I’m greatful i am a present parent and organised my daughter’s monthly injection
4 I’m greatful I feel so amazing and peaceful today
5 I’m greatful for the great weather were having
6 I’m greatful I get to see my grandsons after I finish work today
7 I’m greatful I can help another fellow out last night and listen to there troubles
8 I’m greatful I went to my local church to pray
9 I’m greatful for my wonderful family who never give up on me
10 I’m greatful I can hit my knees and pray to God each morning and night x

Grateful I had a nice day yesterday even though I blew off my workout and didn’t beat myself up over it.
Grateful I’m not cooking tonight. It might be a a Chili’s curbside parking lot burger for dinner but I won’t have to cook and clean.

Lousy food out yesterday, so I’m looking forward to cooking at home which always turns out more delicious than bringing it home or eating it in a parking lot.
Grateful for my wife. Life partner. Soul mate. Even though I’m sitting here doing my devotionals and gratitude list and she’s reading me awful news snippets

I’m grateful for water, yummy food, a healthy lifestyle, exersize, willingness open mindedness and honesty. I’m grateful for AA, NA, I’m grateful for a meeting tomorrow. I’m grateful for my efforts in the gym. I’m grateful my little brother wants to come to the gym with me tomorrow. I’m grateful for my furry border collie pal who comes to work with me, it’s just me at work so to have a fur buddy there is pretty great. I’m grateful for the rain tonight here in South Island New Zealand.

I’m so grateful for another morning sober and hangover free.
Grateful, if I think about, it I kinda have everything I need.
Grateful I don’t have immediate urges to drink as the day goes on.
Grateful for all the nice weather even though I wish it would rain.
Grateful for my king size bed so there’s room for all the pets and wifey.
Grateful to be really understanding this one day at a time stuff.

@Jennajen the cottage by the lake and sipping coffee outside sounds heavenly. @Natnat I may not be able to see my children but knowing they all have wonderful spouses and are doing well is some kick ass gratitude! Hug them as often as you can. @DuncanNZ always so happy to read what your grateful for. I wish I had your gratitude for workouts. I’m in a rut. Reading about your Border Collie makes me smile and remember my Georgie Boy that I had a long long time ago. Border Collies are such great dogs. Unless there’s thunder and lightening 
@Try2change being well rested after a sober nights sleep is truly and amazing benefit of sobriety. That one thing right there is almost enough for me to never ever want to drink again. I use to be a hungover monster even when I just drank a little.
