Grateful for every bit of precious sleep even though I always wish it was more.
Grateful for being constantly connected to empowering knowledge.
Grateful for coffee that keeps me from getting sleepy at the wrong times.
Grateful for having mastery over my body.
Grateful for curiosity, discovery, and revelation.
Grateful for pain. Without it I could not appreciate comfort.

7 I’m greatful I have lovely clean bedding that smells so good
8 I’m greatful I’m learning to reach out for help and not isolate as much as I used to
9 I’m greatful to be 11 days clean today and have no desire to use drugs
10 I’m greatful I have God in my life I get so much comfort from praying and I know God is keeping me safe x

Good morning,
I’m grateful for another hangover free sober morning.
I’m grateful to be woken up early each morning by my gentle purring cat snuggled on top of me. Even when I’m sleeping on my side. She gets me up early so I can having plenty of quiet time, praying, doing devotionals and working my recovery in the morning.
Ok so maybe she’s hungry 
. But my benefits are real.
Grateful Minnie, the old girl, seems pretty good this morning without any pain pills or muscle relaxers. Hopefully she can do her regular walk this morning.
Grateful for the movie Jo Jo Rabbit I watched again last night. It was a total escape from everything for 2 hours. What a strange fantastic heartfelt funny crazy movie.
Grateful for my coffee.
Grateful it’s cooling off up here even though it was a short summer.
Grateful for the fantastic shepherds pie wifey and I made together. It was so freakin good!!
Grateful I kinda maybe feel a little motivated this morning to get some chores and cleaning and fixing up around the house today, this week.
Grateful for the thoughts and prayers and support I get from the people here at TS.

I’ve learned that I can be grateful for anything and everything.
So, I’m grateful that I keep waking up in the middle of the night with adrenaline surging. Maybe I’ll figure out what to do about it, but meanwhile I’ll take advantage of the neurotransmitters and drink more coffee. And next time I sleep I’ll appreciate it more.

Grateful for a sick “pathological” peace that sticks with me through my toughest days and makes me wonder if I need to see a doctor. 
But it already feels like I’m taking something. But I’m not, unless it’s caffeine, but I don’t think it is. Bizarre

Today I’m grateful for waking up relaxed and full of energy; for beeing a good team with my partner - especially making fire under the bum of local craftsmen with a slight procrastination habit concerning our house; for my cats, these adorable, funny bundles of purring fur, making nonsense before breakfast

Grateful I’m retired. I don’t drink. I’m slowing down and enjoying being in the moment. Appreciating the little things I have all around me and the big things too.
Grateful one of my children has a new therapist/psychiatrist that they love.
Grateful I’m blessed that I can pay for it and they can go as often as they see fit and not have to worry about how much it cost them.
Grateful God is good.
