This is fun. In the summer it felt like this place was “desert lite” and went along with yours some of the time, and now with the seasons changing it’s finding other people’s climates to mimic

I almost forgot! On my walk, there were also all sorts of teeny little chipmunks running across my path, and along the fence beside it. So cute!

Will try to meditate die a bit couse its just to early for gym time and getting out off bed.
Private and family shit is drivingme mad wanting to help my sister but i only can help her with helping myself. Her violent ex and the cancer makes me wanna jump out of my focus and just be there instead off trauma therapie for what happend to me… Any tips? Do’s or dont’s ?
