Just reading all the addictions and relapses. I get so pissed that we can go to the grocery store and buy organic healthy produce and they push it!! It’s pricy and good for you!! Then you turn the corner and they have booze for sale . They just poisen us! It’s so sad. Alcohol just hooks us and it’s so hard to kick

It is sad! You’ll eat all the right foods, and countless hours in the gym physically pushing your body to boundaries. Just to tell yourself, " I’ve worked hard all week, did all the right things!" Yeah, I need to relax with a fifth of vodka, whiskey or rum. The irony!
