Day 1. Feeling rough!

I don’t know if I work out more now, but I know I feel better about the working out when I do it :grinning_face_with_smiling_eyes:

Recovery (health, stability, growth) is a process. One thing I found helpful in the early days was reading memoirs about recovery, and guidance; listening to podcasts, interviews, etc. It helped me to hear about others’ experiences. There’s a good collection here:
