First day w/o Heroin in almost 4 years. Here’s to hopefully staying strong enough to get through withdrawals.
EDIT … almost day 7. Being a disabled, single father of two, this is the toughest thing I’ve attempted, I need y’all’s help, I Can’t keep anything down. Haven’t slept in almost 50ish hours… Any advice or tips and tricks to stop puking non stop… And be able to actually get some sleep?
