Absolutely making changes after the way my life has been going due to alcohol! Wanted to come on and post to hold myself accountable this go around! Day 1 of withdrawal but day 1 of the good sober life back!!

Hi…day 1 for me too,had many days 1 before…it is so frustraiting knowing I am.killing myself yet keep.doing it!
