The lifestyle i knew is gone. Usually the times ive gone sober before i was in a relationship. This time its all me and for me.

Recovery is difficult with ore without a partner and in some circumstances it’s even easier without (what if your partner still drinks ore even stimulate you to drink?).
Focus on you now and your new sober life.

I feel you… my partner motivated me and we recently broke up and I drank tonight… I was alittle over a month sober… it was one drink but it’s day 1 all over for me… so I know how you feel. We gotta do this for us… you got this
