Its alot to take in and i absolutely understand that fear of the unknown and what recovery will look like, but i guarentee u its incredible! It can be tough but its worth it and the results dont disappoint! Im glad ur here. Read thru the threads and comment as much as ud like

Absolutely! I remember being shit scared and how welcoming everyone was here. This forum has made the world of difference in my recovery. Make sure to come on here often, especially when ur wanting to drink or use. Let us help u thru it so u can go to bed with a clean and sober mind

I have 8 months tmrw i have been struggling with drugs for 22 years. The last 7 years of that I couldnt get past 3 days clean. Kept relapsing. Found this forum 2 years or so ago and i finally started listening to everyone on here and using what i learned over the years from people here, in treatments and from 12 step mtgs etc. And now its almost 8 months

Starting is half the battle!!! So congratulations to all those who posted it’s their first day also!!! Good job guys. This board has helped me so much in my journey to be come sober. I’m almost 90 AF and thanks to these members, even the brand new ones you inspire me!
Just think once you’re on day two you can inspire day members!!! One day at a time
