I’m willing to goto any lengths today! I fantasized about acting this morning. I played the tape forward bc whenever I do that I feel worse and more emotional pain. I have enough pain in my life I’m not wanting to suffer anymore. So I surrender over and over. Can anyone relate?

I can relate as it took me forever to finally do my last surrender where it finally has lasted for me.
12 days is amazing Mandee! Keep playing the tape forward when the urges hit - remind yourself of the emptiness you will feel if you engage in your DOC.
Keep going strong. This too will pass.
