Just work working long hours and cravings but i know i dont want to go back to that but its hard might go watch tv

Remember that this is the addiction making you think it’s impossible.
You can do this. Distract yourself with meetings, connections to other healthy supports, talking here, or any other healthy interest you may have.
The urges don’t last for very long!
You can do this, it’s a learning curve that your brain believes isn’t possible because we are habitual by nature. We just need to learn new habits.
