So glad i didnt drink yesterday.
Was nice waking up with no hangover.
Anxiety is ok ish today just feel tired and sluggish just taking it one day at a time
Keep fighting the good fight. It does get easier with time. Fight those cravings. It helps to have a list of things you can do when a craving comes.
Some of mine are: deep breathing, meditation, walking, bingeing a good show, drinking a fruity sparkling water, etc

Woohoo kudos to you & can totally understand the “not waking up feeling hungover” * I’m right there with you * I’m on day 6 today & usually about this time & because it’s the weekend my anxieties kick in & the urges come on badly but being here with everyone who is rooting for everyone is keeping me strong.* and it’ll keep you stronger as well * may you and everyone here have a blessed & fruitful weekend

Same here. Almost into day 3. My last relapse / drink was Thursday at the crack of dawn 4 am…(woops)
My anxiety levels aren’t as bad as Thursday night / yesterday but they’re still there. Slight shakes.
My sensitivity levels are still bad right now, and brain fog / tiredness.
I’ve been getting mad muscle aches as well.
But I still feel way better then Thursday that’s for sure.
