Day 5 Sober from Alcohol!

It’s my 5th full day being sober from alcohol I’m glad I took this route I’m glad I downloaded this app and I’m glad for everyone in my life that has been so supportive! Give me some fun hobbies or ideas for distractions for im still struggling with craving as anyone would I’m a huge socializer but I get out of work late any tips or tricks on distractions that helped you guys in your early stages?

i did whatever i could do stay busy – puzzles, games on my phone, watched video’s on line and checked out memes.

  1. Ride a bicycle.
  2. Go for a walk.
  3. Meet a friend for lunch.
  4. Read a book.
  5. Play a board game.
  6. Try a new nonalcoholic drink.

I’ve reassembled my phone apps. Unfollow pages that would trigger me such as like party pages a bunch of bars I used to follow and frequently visit. Unfollow friends that are into those activities. It’s hard but it’s a must. You’d be surpise how often your own phone throws videos or ads that can trigger you
