Day 5 - using brain training to overcome addiction

So I noticed something amazing happened. I was asleep and I was extremely tempted to give into my addiction but then I started breathing deeper and imagined the words hungry angry lonely tired, and said tired so I went to bed to solve that problem.
Starting brain training

  1. Imagine tempting scenario
  2. Imagine the intense cravings and feelings
  3. Breath in 10 seconds breath out 10 seconds.
  4. Imagine the words hungry angry lonely or tired.
  5. Imagine what I would do to fulfill those basic needs and imagine how good you feel doing those things over time.
    Starting brain training
    1 reptition achieved
    2nd reptition completed
    3rd reptition completed
    4th reptition completed
    Will do the rest of the repititions during my breaks of McDonalds.
    This is powerful stuff my mind is starting to take it. Your mind does not know the difference between imagination and reality it thinks it’s real.
