I feel like giving up and popping a cork. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve been at day five. I’m hanging in this time though.

It is good you have reached out before making any bad decisions. Keep reaching out for an hour, try a meeting and see how you feel. You can do this.
Also the zoom meeting you can turn your camera and mic off and just listen in.
I started feel a little better each day after day 3. Keep going!

Keep going, venting helps and reading here as well. What helped me as well during bad cravings was listening to recovery podcasts. Have you tried that? Recovery elevator is a good one!
