Day one ..again

I hate it.
Day one again all I know that I will have this cold sweat again at night and insomnia… I have to to it this time!!

Ok, so what are you prepared to do different this time?
You’ve read just over half an hour in 3 days on this app!
That was about half of my first session in my first day.
I interacted with this app hourly in the early days.
I started thinking about how I was going to approach my sobriety.
Just stopping drinking is never going to work. Sobriety has to be worked at. Hard!

Ive reset the clock on this app 7 times. Ive gone 13 hours now. Im gunna try myself! Stay as strong as you can
