My routine has been to go to the shops last minute, I think it’s because that maybe, I tried to convince myself that I won’t buy wine, I don’t need it. I always do. So tonight, I went to the shop and bought alcohol free beer, I’ve had two cans and now drinking tea. I was abit disappointed that I still needed the alcohol free beer “approved” at the self service till, I was feeling smug because I wasnt buying wine. Nevermind, I’m still here. Thanks for your messages on day one. I think this is going to help.
