Daylio / Mood tracker

Has anyone used Daylio? It’s a mood tracker. I thought it was dumb at first, but after using it, have really started to like it.

It helps with tracking changes in mood over time, and what can contribute to getting depressed (in my case). The app lets you add notes to moods and make entries multiple times a day. I can highly recommend it!

Hey thank you for this tip. I’m currently just starting out on my sobriety, day 3… and i also just came off of an SSRI about a month ago so I was thinking of ways to keep an eye on my depression/anxiety. This is perfect! :+1::blush:

Great, hope it helps!!

I have not heard of it but it sounds like a great tool…especially those on early sobriety. I get a wave of melencholly every 30 days or so. Recognizing that it is cyclical has been helpful otherwise I might let it be an excuse to use.

Yes, give it a try! It’s easy to customize too. You can add your own categories and change the names of the moods to be more specific :+1:

My brother swears by it! I haven’t used it myself and just journal mine, so thanks for the reminder - i will try it. :two_hearts::bird:

Sounds good! You can set it to give you a reminder too. I have mine set to 3pm so it’s a good average of how I feel during the day. It just takes a second to make a record, which is one the reasons I like it.
