Day 1 done. I did 25 crunches and thought man, with all this focus on my hips I’m out of shape and doing more tomorrow may suck lol. Then I looked again to realize I remembered them wrong and did the rest of the 25 squats instead of 10 I thought I had to do. ![]()

Day 1 for me. I did 15 crunches. And in the push ups there is no way I can do traditional ones. So 3 wall pushups and 3 from my knees. Plank completed and squats reminded me I have strong legs that have not used much lately.
So yippee for me and us all who are rockin’ this challenge.
Ooh I did the same with the push ups! The first 3 were wall ones but I said no, I bet I can do them from my knees so I did. I love it! We are never in it alone. ![]()
