One of the main reasons for my addiction was escapism. And now that I decided to stop, depression is coming back strong. I was prescribed antidepressants before. Should I go back to taking them?

If thats what a doctor has suggested then why not? Its surely gotta be better than escaping life via your DOC and all the misery that entails…
