Discharged from Treatment 🎉

7 weeks in a partial hospitalization program.

1 month in intensive outpatient.

Countless therapy sessions.

Back to work full time this week. Feeling optimistic. Can’t believe I’ve made it this far. Looking forward to making it even farther.

Congratulations. I hated the uncertainty of trusting myself when I was truly in charge. Today I ask for help and guidance in the morning…. I have a power greater than myself today. It’s a blind reliance that eases my anxieties. When I fight my battle with alcohol singlehanded, I lose every time. I am able to stay sober one day at a time when I ask for help. Just my experience. Good luck, you will be tested. Stay strong. :tada::flexed_biceps::blush::tada:
