It doesn’t look very pretty, but I was proud of my foraged mushroom (hen of the woods) fried up with mexican spice, mixed veg medley, salad, hummus and sriracha dinner tonight. It tasted amazing

Whats up family? Ive been plant based for just over 4 months. I love it! This is the best way of eating for me, although my decision was for the animals, the planet etc.The yummy food and good health is just the “cherry on top”. 
Are you happier this way too?

I absolutely love it myself. Took forever to commit but now i have been vegan for a little over 4 years. I can’t imagine going back.
