For those who already know my story, I’m still here. Hit double digits today, but it hasn’t been easy. Still living with my wife, whom I’m recently separated from. We may not be together anymore, but we are still best friends through this hard time. Going to be moving out soon tho. That part is a bit scary cause we’ve been married for almost 6 years now. Got 3 kids to think of and I have to get sober for them.

One day at a time 
Well done Danny. Just think if you can cope now then it can only get better. Just keep thinking of your kids. Coping during this difficult time will mean you are giving yourself the opportunity to properly deal with what’s going on instead of blocking it out with whatever, and prolonging the pain for yourself in the long run.
One day at a time is all we can do.
